Butterfly Birthday Pad

This pretty little notepad is for a friends birthday, I thought rather than a card this year I would send her something she can keep and use.I have punched out little butterflies and added them to the picture and the big butterfly which I think was a papermania one, the memory is failing fast today, never a good sign when it is only monday!
