I have made this glittery shiny card for a friend for christmas, who likes blues almost as much as I do. I have coloured the image with promarkers, added glitter glue to her dress. I have layered up some great glittery cardstock and new papers, and some metallic blue for framing the paler sheets. The metallic hearts are old beads that I have put on with double sided pads.I am entering this into the following challenges
